TAMIL NADU: 2,920 GCC JOBS INKED

Tamil Nadu just signed MoUs targeting 2,920 new roles across GCCs, manufacturing, and higher education.

State-level job creation through GCC expansion signals 3 things: (1) tier-2 cities competing hard for captive center talent, (2) manufacturing + services bundling becoming standard in GCC playbooks, (3) higher ed partnerships now table stakes for talent pipeline.

📌 If you're in #Hyderabad or #Bengaluru, watch tier-2 expansion closely—salary arbitrage narrows, but career velocity in greenfield GCC setups often outpaces saturated metros. GCC ERA tracks 1,800+ centers; TN's move reflects a broader geographic redistribution we're seeing across India's GCC footprint.

Are you considering a move to an emerging GCC hub, or staying put in the metros?
