SAP SOFTWARE OPENS GCC IN BHUBANESWAR

SAP Software inaugurated a Global Capability Centre in Bhubaneswar—India's 2nd-tier GCC hub is now competing for enterprise tech talent.

The facility sits on NITKAL Enterprise Services campus and includes an AI, Robotics and Japan Centre of Excellence. Focus: advanced training, research, and workforce development across semiconductors and digital tech.

Odisha is deliberately positioning itself beyond Tier-1 cities. This mirrors what we track across 1,800+ GCCs—the talent arbitrage game is shifting inland.

📌 Career angle: GCC roles in robotics and AI research are moving out of metro saturation zones. Tier-2 cities now offer steeper learning curves and faster seniority paths.
