PROTEC GENERAL NAMES NERURKAR TO LEAD GCC

ProTec General appointed Bhaskar Nerurkar to lead its capability centre operations.

Leadership moves at GCCs signal 2 things: scaling intent and talent consolidation. When a company names a dedicated head for the centre—not a dual-hat role—it's betting on that hub's growth trajectory.

Nerurkar's appointment reflects ProTec General's confidence in building deeper bench strength in the region. We track 1,800+ GCCs, and these structural leadership hires often precede capability expansion or client wins.

📌 Career angle: If you're in #Hyderabad or #Bengaluru ops, watch for hiring announcements from ProTec General in the next 2 quarters. New centre heads typically bring new team builds.

What's your read—is your GCC hiring for growth or consolidation right now?
