COLUMBIA GROUP LAUNCHES FIRST INDIA GCC

Columbia Group just planted its flag in India's GCC ecosystem—opening its first Global Capability Centre in Navi Mumbai.

This move signals 2 things: 1) India remains the default play for multinational ops scale. 2) Navi Mumbai is competing hard against #Hyderabad and #Bengaluru for tier-1 GCC real estate.

We track 1,800+ GCCs across India. What we're seeing: established groups are no longer waiting—they're moving fast to secure talent pools before the talent moves elsewhere.

📍 For GCC professionals: new centre = new hiring waves, new career ladders, new competition for roles. Early movers who build networks there now have first-mover advantage.

Why is Navi Mumbai becoming a GCC hotspot?
