From the outside a GCC loop looks like a string of interviews. From the inside it is a sequence of gates, each scoring a different thing. Clear the gate it is actually testing and you move on. Miss what it wants and a strong answer to the wrong question still fails.

    The four gates

  1. Screen. An ATS and a recruiter check for signal in seconds. Generic resumes die here.
  2. Capability deep-dive. Can you actually do the thing, on a real problem, out loud.
  3. Design or systems. Can you reason about trade-offs at the scale the center operates.
  4. Bar-raiser and values. Will you raise the team, and do you fit how they work.
  5. We do not hire the most experienced person in the room. We hire the clearest evidence of capability.

    What clears them

Evidence, told plainly. A CV that mirrors how the screen reads (CV Studio), a clear-eyed view of which roles you genuinely fit (IntelligentMatch), and a read on your gaps before the panel finds them (Career Intelligence Report).
