The basic idea
Job boards make you search. An AI job matcher does the opposite. It reads your CV, understands your profile, and brings the roles that fit you to the top. For Global Capability Centre hiring in India, where hundreds of multinationals run engineering, finance, analytics and operations centres, this matters, because the right role is often at a company you would never have thought to search for.
Instead of typing keywords, you upload your CV once. The matcher does the searching and ranking. Under the hood, a good matcher combines two things:
1. Meaning-based, or semantic, matching. It understands that "financial reporting" and "management accounting" are related, so it does not miss roles just because your wording differs from the job title.
2. Keyword and rule-based matching. It still respects hard signals like specific tools, seniority and location.
Blending both beats either alone. You get roles genuinely close to your experience, not just ones that repeat your exact phrases.
What the scores actually tell you
A well-built matcher gives you a short read on where you stand, not just a list.
The point is not to grade you. It is to make the next action obvious.
How the matches are ranked
Each matched role comes with a match score and a short reason explaining why it surfaced: which skills, role and domain lined up. You then refine the ranked list with filters, by city, company, minimum match percentage and work mode. Sort by best match, most recent or company to keep a long list manageable.
You can also hide roles that are not for you and shortlist the ones that are, so results improve as you use it.

A readiness score and a match percentage are useful signals, not promises. They reflect how your CV compares against current GCC roles and the sector average. They cannot predict a specific outcome. Use them to decide what to strengthen and where to focus, then let your interviews do the rest.

Yes. AI Job Match requires you to be signed in. Signing in is free, and the first run is free.

What does the GCC readiness score mean?
A 0-100 read on how competitive your profile looks for GCC roles, with a plain-English tier. It is a directional signal to guide what to improve, not a guaranteed result.
Why does a role appear in my matches?
Each match includes a short reason explaining which skills, role and domain lined up with your profile.
Is it free?

How do I get better matches?
Upload a current CV, act on the skill-gap list, keep filters broad at first, and re-run after you update your CV.
